As managing partner of a 50-year-old real estate partnership, my duties included overseeing day-to-day financials, interacting with the Fortune 500 corporate tenant occupying our prime location, renegotiating a complex twenty-year triple-net lease extension, as well as handling corporate legal issues and investor communications with several generations of partners and their heirs. I oversaw the property's certified appraisal and executed the recent sale of the ground lease.
